Pitchers Pre-game Routine
1. Stretch with team
2. Run light poles to warm up to a light sweat
3. Play catch to a comfortable long toss (10 minutes approximately).
6:20 in Bullpen
Throw Flat ground bullpen of 15 pitches working grips. Throw 3 FB (2- 4 seam, 1- 2 seam), 1 CB, 3 CH, 2 FB (2 seam/cut), 2 CH, 2 CB, FB 2 seam, FB 4 seam.
Throw Funnel Drill: 2-6 inches off each side, on each corner, down middle

1 Killer Set (Curveball/Slider)
