I'd recommend coldgear long sleeve & leggings under baseball pants.

Is this by chance at Dayton?

My son did a camp there in February 2023. Nobody was told that it was going to be outdoors ahead of time. It started at 9am & was 31 degrees, got up to mid 30s as the day wore on. Camp was 5 hours, entirely outside. Many kids were unprepared & only wore the free camp t-shirt, luckily my son had a coldgear compression shirt with him to wear underneath. The coaches were in parkas with winter hats/gloves.

Camp started with running the 60, the turf was still covered in frost & everyone slipped on the start. They did a scrimmage in the 5th hour after much standing around & freezing. Each kid got 1 AB, and they didn't know when they'd be up, so had to jump in cold from the field with no time to get warmed up.

The whole camp was counter-productive due to the cold. My son was so mad & frozen afterwards, we skipped the campus tour & headed home.
