There are many colleges in the state of Kansas that hold winter baseball camps. I would reccomend picking a school that you are interested, and then check out their website for dates and information.

Registration usually start around this time frame.
Here are just a few off the top of my head:

Wichita State: Dec. 31

The Tiger Baseball program will be holding camps for hitting and pitching/catching on December 27, 2007.
