Canadian Thunderbirds Leaving?

I just heard that both the 16U & 18U Canadian Thunderbirds Baseball teams have pulled out of the PBLO.

Has anyone else heard this? I heard they were going to play either Great Lakes Sandlott or WNY Boys of Summer.
