Catcher

Is a catchers interference an E2? What about a passed ball?

Also, if runners steal on a pitch and its a wild pitch, and no throw is made to the bases, do runners get credited with stolen base?

On a double steal, do both runners get a SB? Which one gets it? And what does the other runner get?

Thanks. Please give answers according to NCAA rules, if it makes a difference. Thanks again.
Baseball, it is said, is only a game. True. And the Grand Canyon is just a hole in Arizona. -George F. Will
