Emanski is correct. You generally don't presume an out on a steal attempt, therefore the advance to 2nd is simply a SB. If a bad throw permits a further advance that would be an E, but if there is no further advance there is no E.

An exception to the presumption can be made if, e.g., the MIF has the ball waiting for the guy and just plain drops it. Then you could score a caught stealing plus an E on the MIF.
