Man you look much better in this video than the one we talked over a few weeks ago. Great job in getting better with hard work. Keep it up.
1. The glove flip isn't a big deal but IMO and others may disagree which is fine but personally I think you may have too much movement. You get into higher velocities it could cause you to be late in receiving but maybe not. I'm a big believer in the down tilt then pop to the spot.
2. Get rid of the throws from the knees. They don't sell you at a thrower.
3. Show some recovers after you block. This will help display agility and good footwork. If I remember correctly that's one thing that stood out in your other video is how many steps you took to get to the ball.
