Catching Wrist Bands

Anyone have a example of the catching wrist bands and the chart used to manage pitches / pick offs? We are moving to this system this year at 10U level to try and give the catcher a idea of calling his own game. If you have one please email it to d_piersall@hotmail.com or post it in here.
