COACH ASKS FOR MY TRANSCRIPT-WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

What does it mean when a college coach asks you to send them your transcript? Does it mean that they are really interested? Or is it not a big deal?....Since they've asked for the transcript and they've already seen me pitch before, does that mean they'll offer me a roster spot?
