More learning opportunity for readers... Any of the other offers have him wishing he had waited? Were any of those schools higher on the list and son was having a hard time getting response or offer? Had your son put anything out on social media?
The offers he received occurred in early/mid-July and they were great allowing us time. The school he accepted was his top target for a few years and their offer came in last. I humbly say I don't think it could have played out any better.
He's not a big social media user. He posted on Instagram, only after all schools and his high school coach were advised. We didn't want the schools finding out that way. Though, his sister was upset, as she found out via Instagram.
