One other piece of advice I would give to the "Empty Nesters" is make sure to let your kids know that before they decide to come home for a surprise visit, they may want to call first. Wouldn't want to walk in on mom and dad in the living room, or the kitchen, or the hallway, or the laundry room, or the basement. or the............
