Over the years, I've become a firm believer in the 20-80 rule.

Regardless of sport or level of play, the 20-80 rule applies. Twenty percent of the coaches are good, to excellent. Eighty percent are poor, to downright lousy.

I've always felt blessed when one of our kids got a twenty percenter.
