just got off the phone with a lady at the ncaa. according to her the ncaa makes no distiction between head coaches or assistants. and she said they do not allow any coach to coach a summer team, that is a recruitment violation.as they could sway kids to switch teams.but she doesn't think the ncaa does any funding to summer leagues any more?and that a two year player can't play for a 4 year coach but doesn't know the tweener status.................wow i was a little confused before now i'm stumped.well back to the rule book.
