All of the players that I know in the Jr. Inter-County are college players who come back home for the summer and play there to stay tuned up. I don't know much about collegebaseballconnect other than I've heard of them. What you need is a resource to help you get a scholarship and this might be a good option for you. Be sure to ask them what they do to go about getting you a scholarship.
On another note, I wouldn't go slagging the Badgers. My son played against them this season and I found this team to be quite talented. They did finish with a winning record in the PBLO. You have to remember that traveling to US tournaments to showcase these players costs money. Renting ball diamonds, umpires and indoor training through the winter also costs money. The Badgers seem to have placed a lot of their players in US schools and have had many other players drafted.
