One of his reasons for playing in the NWL was to see what it’s like to play a lot of games with little rest; very early morning departures; late or overnight return trips. I think he knows now.

He will take 5 days off in August to take care of some pre-semester stuff then back for 3 regular season games and playoffs.

Yes, it is a grind!! I think if he hadn't hurt his back, he was planning on staying through playoffs, but he starts fall baseball August 23 and I think a part of him also wanted a little family time before he goes back.

He plans on going back next summer though!
