"The general consensus was people were wondering who was going to monitor it," Rosales said in regards to chatter in the 2A ranks. "It comes down to people monitoring their own teams. You're not going to have somebody from CHSAA monitoring everybody's pitch count or knowing who pitched the day before or two days ago.
