I don't know if they deserved a regional, they did not do well in conference games 16-11, missed some due to rain and had a lighter non conference schedule. However, winning the conference title should have given them more slack over Tech getting a regional.
All in all the ACC did well this year, still proving, in my opinion that they are the most competitve conference in college baseball.
