Reply to "Crossover Symmetry or Jaegar Bands for 9 year old"

I'm going to swim upstream on this one.  I don't know anything about Crossover, but a 11-12yo, especially if he is a pitcher, would benefit from using Jaeger bands as a warm up before throwing and to strengthen his shoulder, and doing so might help prevent rotator cuff issues down the road.  Good arm care habits should be introduced early.
