yeah my plan is kinda to take a solid week off from all throwin but do the throwers ten 3 or 4 times and just kind of relax workout run etc. then next week i am going to start throwing light bp to the guys so kind of slowly getting back into it and then long toss and around christmas i need to be back on the mound because i do have some mechanical problems that need to be worked out. and i am thinking about throwing with a throwmax (http://www.throwmax.com/) just to make sure my normally 3/4s arm slot is back
