Here are some of the better times from my college baseball team from first to second (with a traditional lead)

now if you take a pitcher who is 1.3 to the plate and a good catcher (2.0 pop time), you get most of our faster players. With a 1.15 time to the plate that is very good. Almost of the pitchers on my team are under 1.3 to the plate, with our best being a consistant 0.95 (no joke).
