D III schools carry 3 and sometimes 4 catchers. Look in the ODAC and USA South for a lot of good academic schools with good baseball programs. In Virginia, Hampden-Sydney, Bridgewater, Washington and Lee, and Christopher Newport University all have well respected academics and good baseball programs/facilities. Hampden-Sydney and Randolph Macon College both send a lot of kids to grad school(other than my sons' coaches, Coach Hedrick at RMC is my favorite college baseball coach, and his program is definitely on the rise.)
