In Pac10, 25 plus 1, as 3Finger'd says, is the limit for a conference game. Non conference they can take more, but obviously not more than the NCAA 35 man roster. How many depends upon need (pitching, etc), travel costs, rooming (2 or 3 to a room) etc. Mid week pitchers generally won't travel.
