Uh Buddy, since you referenced 501(c)(3), I would assume you understand that is a reference to the Federal/IRS tax codes as Hokieone also previously pointed out, not the laws of the state of Ct. or CA. The distinctions you are trying to make don't work. How about we all stick to baseball, it is a lot more fun.
