When we were younger and the players needed serious development we practiced maybe once weekly. However, since we are now a Connie Mack team, we call a practice and this is what the players are thinking in their minds:

On the serious side, we have a camp after all high school playoffs are completed and all players can be in attendance which we do before the start of the season. After that we are playing so often, we set up in the outfield prior to each game and cover any fundamental challenges we saw in the prior game. Of course we will meet and work with individual players as needed and at the coach or players request. It works well with us, we have a 100% rate with them going on to play at the next level and beyond.
