I never knew I was hustling. No one ever had to tell me to play hard. If I have to tell a kid to hustle or tell a kid to play hard something has gone wrong way before he got to me.

What some of these kids today need is a dose of reality. They need to get up at 5 in the morning all summer and prime tobacco. Work till dark and then go to bed because they are too tired to play. Let them do that for an entire summer and then lets see how hard they play.

It takes absolutely no talent to hustle. It takes absolutely no talent to get after it as hard as you can. All it takes is a true love of the game and a true desire to compete.
