Son's school does catcher throw downs as part of round the horn before fungos.
Coach throws to catcher to start each round.

There are a couple more rounds with 6-1 and 1-6, I just don't remember the cycle.
If all throws are good this gets done really quick.
During fungo, catcher fields bunts and throws to each base once, positions get about 4-6 depending on time. So can't help you there. Infields mostly throw to 1st or 2nd (to turn 2). Their throws to home are covered when outfield gets their fungo.
