That is correct, Stephen Clyne, RHP, medical redshirt (TJS) who in my opinion, with my new understanding, would have had a higher bonus if he was NOT drafted.

I explained to someone that he had been approached with this option ( turns out he couldn't as you suggested due to still playing) instead of having to sign and take slot bonus.

Am I correct in that assumption? This is a new rule correct?
