2boys-You are correct-don't know where to tell you where to verify but turning 21 before the MLB Draft or within 45 days after the draft makes a player eligible. An "advisor" can be anyone who gives advice as long as long as he/she speaks to you or player and not to the ML team. I believe no agreement for compensation can be entered into as well.
