is probably as bad as every ex-pro player I have ever heard with the exception of Joe Gragiola, maybe Ueker. Every other ex-pro that discusses baseball seems to want to spend half their time slamming umps and showing off their rule knowledge. The problem is they don't have any idea obout umpires, their jobs, or the rules. If they would stick to talking about the game and using their knowledge to explain why teams are doing what they are doing and why, they would be great.
