Unfortunately it sounds like he needs surgery as there is a loose body in there. The scale of 1-10 question was used with the doctor and he is at no pain unless pressure is applied to the back of elbow and then he rates it at a 1 out of 10. So our hope is that this is a "mild case" if there is such a thing.
