The 1938 version of a Christmas Carol starring Reginald Owens as Scrooge. June Lockhart of Lassie fame played one of Bob Crachet's daughters. Our whole grade school used to see this movie every year on the last day before our Christmas break. It always makes me smile.

A Charlie Brown Christmas is another old favorite too.
