Place, ( I prefer to use the word " slather "

) mayo on fresh corn with the husk pulled down,....add a little salt and chili powder if you so desire ( you can also sprinkle with parmesan cheese ). Fold corn husk back around corn and tie in a knot or with string,....then place corn on hot grill.
Take off of grill when done. ( doesnt take too long )
Mouth watering walah!

I've never tried this before,...but think perhaps I just might!
