Reply to "foul tip off the bat"

The only difference in the foul tip rule for Fed is after touching the hand or glove, it can rebound and be caught by a fielder or pitcher. It has nothing to do with the situation, it would be ruled the same in either, but I wanted to make sure you knew there was a small difference.
