Simply realistic due to the characteristcs of the program in the early 90's and last decade.
Many realize now, the last 'baseball' man @ College Park, also played at Terpville and just so happened to pitch in the bigs for seven-eight years. He knew talent. He knew how to coach at the highest of collegiate levels. His baseball network, which he rarely used, was deep and wide. Yet had his funding cut off - Day 1 of his regime.
Many others are watching and listening to understand if the new (and very young and inexperienced) head coach, who has demonstated he can talk the talk, yet whether he can he walk the walk remains. Some early opinions are going around on that!
Remember, the new (and experienced) head coach at WF, has NOT PO the baseball Gods, yet, and is struggling right now.
