Who's the 5th catcher?? There are only 4 listed on the site and PG doesn't have anyone listed coming in the 2011 class. I could see one of the 4 leaving but it's not completely unreasonable to keep 4 depending on the philosphy of the coach. I know that most programs carry at least 4 in the fall due to the frequency of scrimmages and high number of bullpens that need catching.

Heck VT even has two students labeled as bullpen catchers that are under the manager/student assistant page in their program (page 20). Maybe not all programs have that luxury so they keep 4 guys to help carry the load.
