Getting Noticed By Professional Scouts

I am a former High School baseball player. After High School I played a season for one of the top JC Programs in the country and a very good Semi-Pro team that did well nationally. I suffered an injury though and it really damaged my swing.

It has been about 3 years since and my shoulder is 100& and I have been playing in an adult league. I never figured my shoulder would heal this well and I want to play baseball competitively again and see if I have what it takes. All of my NCAA Eligibility is used up so I can't go back to play in College I can only play Semi-Pro and go to as many MLSB Tryout Camps next summer as possible. Besides those two things is there anything else I can try to do to get noticed by Major League Scouts? Should I be sending them information about me so that my name stands out to them?

Any tips on getting noticed is appreciated and I know that I have the talent to play well at my level and want to know before it's too late if I can move onto the next level.
