On Friday my son gave a verbal commitment to a school that is a great fit for him. Son, parents, sister all delighted. I'd like to thank everyone who contributes to and supports this board. I know that we approached my son's process differently than we would have without the advice and tips you so generously provide. As the board would suggest, he now needs to get his backside back in the classroom and the cages until everything is signed and official. And then work some more :-)
