While Roger Clemens and those others are without a doubt the Best Pitchers not everyone has the ability to throw a ball that hard no matter how strong there legs are....I believe that for a pitcher who throws the ball with his "arm" his arms should be very strong, especially shoulders and forearms, I may be wrong but this seems to make sense to me.
