GPA when filling out form

What do i put for GPA when filling out a form for fall ball? I am a junior. Do i put my accumulative GPA or do i put my current GPA for my junior year? How big of a deal is it which one. I had already filled one sheet out and put my current junior year GPA and now think i should have put my accumulative. Will this hurt my chances of being recruited?
