leftypitcher17 - as you complete other questionnaires put the cumulative "correct" GPA. Grades go up and down, hopefully up, but you don't want to get heavy into the recruiting process and have to present your transcripts that don't reflect what you have indicated!

There are some types of schools that will target students that only have a certain level of GPA needed to get in.
