I never said it was taken by pitchers but i said players......and my pitching coach played in the majors for several years he played for the angels and the phillies........he is also the preacher for the baseball chapel orginization for the texas rangers... soo i trust his word when he says they are widely used through the majors. i was just wondering if this was some secret kept in the pros or if you guys have heard of them and obviously some have
