OBR is an interpretation. The base award is up to the umpire, but no out can be recorded.

For FED, the Rule is 8-3-3-f (ball becomes lodged in an offensive player's equipment). Other runners advance only if they were stealing on the pitch.

I don't know how it would be scored.
