I've seen one of your guys, I think. Back in 13u we had an ump call a strike that bounced into the strike zone. I could only laugh and shake my head as the opposing coach tried to talk him out of it.

This same ump cost us a chance at winning a game later in the same tournament when he ruled that, on a bases loaded dropped third strike with two outs, our batter-runner was out because first was occupied.
