Reply to "here is my workout"

as i think someone has already mentioned no matter what the medical things say about steroids good or bad (BAD!!!) it doesnt really even matter, the fact is that jucing is cheating and disrepectful to yourself, the game, and your team. But back to your workout, im not sure how long you are planning on doing this, hopefuly just a week, because you need varity in your workouts because otherwise your body will get use to the your set and rep limit and you will not get as strong as you could. Also if you are looking to add stength go with lower reps like 5 sets of 5 of 5 of 4...something like that. But hey, thats just what i think
