I agree that he may be looking to pull the ball, but I disagree about the offspeed and think he was fooled by a fast ball. Reason being at launch he was going to hit the ball in front, but its coming too fast and got deep in the zone, if he didnt adjust the swing he would have fouled it to the left side.

I do like the overhead look of the batter, and wish there where more videos like this.
