Go back to the basics. Many peolpe hate it but the best thing to do is get in the cage. Hit the tee and work on the soft toss. When your swing goes wrong and stays that way no matter what you do it is often because you are over thinking the best part of the game. OFFENSE. Stay with it and you'll be hitting again. Do what comes natural
