Most of the out of town tournaments that we flew to, on the finals day when we had a later game, we would have talked to the manager earlier and asked if we could check out all but a few of rooms so the players could take a shower and change before we hit the airport.
Most of the time it was not a problem, it obviously was based on their occupancy level for the last night.
