My almost 16 YO son is exactly 5'10". At his age I was like 5'7" while my brothers were 6'3" and 6'2" by the time they were 14. My freshman year of college I had a late growth spurt and ended up 5'10.5" Apparently, the late growth spurt runs in my family as both uncles on my Mom's side grew 3-4" in their late teens. Obviously, I hope my son will get this (so does he!) and he ends up 6'0" or so. I'd say 6'1" would be the max. Of course, he cannot control it but he wishes he was 6'2" like his cousin (my younger brother's son)...
