1st or 2nd round...No surprises...likely will only fall if there are signability issues.

Through about the 10th round kids have had consultations with several scouts.

11th round and later...a craps shoot....Always an exception in there who cut a deal when he had told other pro personnel that he wouldn't sign.

You know...the old "lying" trick.
