This question still puzzles me.
I won't use the numbers from the school my son attends as it is not proper to do so.
One school with total costs $30,000 offered $17,000. Another total cost $24,000 offered $13,000. How does this compute out of the 11.7. I do know that these schools did not have 11.7 to duvy up but assume they did.
